From purchasing and replanting vineyards with unique ‘champagne’ clones of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in Karridale (coolest part of Margaret River), to purchasing the Watershed winery for crafting and ageing the wines, Idée Fixe wines are quality controlled from start to finish.
There are 9 clones of Chardonnay planted in the Karridale vineyard from which the grapes for this wine come from - specially planted for super premium sparkling wine production.
