Depending on your preference, choose sparkling & white wines only,
mixed wines, or red wines only.
How does it work?
Each Noongar season, of which there are six, our in-house wine expert choses a unique theme and selects wines that suit the climate at that time of year.
Recently, for the Noongar season of Kambarang (October and November), we chose the theme of ‘Pink and Floral’ and served up wines that were both pink in colour, and/or aromatic, to match what was going on outside.
