West facing vineyard looks out towards Geographe Bay at 220-250m above sea level. The elevation keeps temperatures 1-2 degrees cooler than those of the coastal plain it overlooks. Very similar soils to that of Margaret River.
Cellaring Potential
Will certainly reward up to 10 years in the cellar for those who can wait. For those drinking now, decant for 1-2 hours for optimum enjoyment.
Enjoy With
BBQ Lamp Chops with Grilled Vegetable Salad.
