Critic Reviews
3 Sauvignon Blanc ‘clones’ contribute to the complexity of this wine. The Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grapes are fermented together. 2 yeast strains are used to ferment the grapes that make this wine – this also adds additional complexity.
Cellaring Potential
Will certainly reward 5-7 years in the cellar for those who can wait.
Enjoy With
Leafy or Green Bean-based salads with or without protein.
