Critic Reviews
94pts Halliday Wine Companion.
Cellaring Potential
Will certainly reward 10-15 years cellaring for those prepared to wait.
Enjoy With
Slow-cooked beef short ribs cooked in a red-wine and balsamic vinegar reduction, served with mash and seasonal vegetables.
About Peos Estate
The Peos family settled in Manjimup in 1926 (nearly 100 years ago). Their 36 hectare property, most of which 320m above sea level, has free draining gravelly soils as good as (if not better) than those of the best sites in Margaret River. It’s not hard to see why the wines being produced are of such high quality. Qantas thinks so too - with the Four King Shiraz being served in Business Class for domestic travel.
