The Karriview (Denmark) and Bouverie (Mount Barker) vineyards are some of the region’s oldest and most iconic fruit resources, dating back to 1968. Outside the GS you’ll find Paul making small batches of booze in his home away from home in Piemonte, Northern Italy.
