2020 Larry Cherubino Laissez Faire Foudre Pinot Noir
Varieties: 100% Pinot Noir
Region: Porongurup, Great Southern
Laissez Faire or ‘let alone’ is a range of wines from Larry Cherubino where next to no sulphur is used. Minimal oak is used so the quality of the fruit can speak for itself.
‘Foudre’ is an extremely large oak vessel used for maturing wine. Due to its extremely large size (1500-3500 litres) it imparts little or no oak flavour to the wine.
